<匯港通訊>        力量發展(01277)宣布，配售1.695億股股份，佔擴大後股本約1.97%，配售價每股1.85元，較6月3日收市價2.12元折讓約12.74%，所得款項總額3.136億元，淨額約3.093億元，主要用於為其南非附屬公司的採礦及運輸業務進行採購；補充集團持有51%股權的非全資附屬公司 MC Mining Limited 的營運資金；與集團塞拉利昂金紅石礦項目相關的設備採購及營運開支；及其他項目開發所需的一般營運資金及其他一般企業用途。 (WH)
