《公司盈警》莊臣控股(01955)料全年度溢利跌逾85% X

<匯港通訊>      莊臣控股(01955)發盈警，預期截至2026年3月31日止年度股權持有人應佔溢利，較2025年同期溢利的1600萬元，跌幅約85%至90%。

期內，該公司股權持有人應佔溢利之減少，主要因地緣政治局勢持續緊張、油價上升令成本大幅上漲，
加上行業競爭激烈、清潔服務行業毛利率面臨持續下行壓力所致。同時，短期內同步開展多份合約亦令前期投入成本增加。面對持續複雜的外部經營環境，集團積極審視現有業務模式及成本結構，透過提升營運效益、優化資源配置及加強成本管控，以切實應對行業競爭加劇及宏觀環境帶來的持續挑戰。
