<匯港通訊>         安賢園中國(00922)發盈警，預期預期將由截至2026年3月31日止年度錄得淨溢利約5230萬元，轉為今年度錄得淨虧損約1.13億元至約1.2億元，較去年同比減少約1.65億元至1.72億元。

主要歸因於追加稅項：確認上述追加稅項約8900萬元；清繳過往增值稅：該公司若干中國附屬公司就2020年6月1日至2025年3月31日期間補繳增值稅，金額約為1300萬元；毛利減少：毛利減少約4700萬元，主要由於今年度墓位的平均單位售價下跌約20%；及就商譽及非金融資產確認的減值虧損於今年度約為1600萬元。 (WH)
