<匯港通訊>       高地股份(01676)宣布，每手買賣單位由4000股改為1萬股，自6月29日起生效。該公司擬按2供1基準，發行最多1.32億股供股股份，供股價每股0.19元，較6月5日收市價每股0.217元折讓約12.44%，集資不超過2499萬元，淨額約2426萬元，其中約40%用於支持集團食品業務板塊之可持續營運及重組；約40%用於支持集團餐飲業務之現有營運及業務擴展；約20%用作一般營運資金。
