<匯港通訊>       博雷頓(01333)宣布，主席、總經理、執行董事及控股股東陳方明於市場內以自有資金購入共10萬股 H 股，約佔已發行股總數的0.03%。

緊隨增持後，陳方明合共持有1.19億股股份（其中包括2112.5599萬股內資股和9785.0991萬股 H 股），約佔已發行股份總數的30.53%（其中內資股持股比例約為65.45%，H 股持股比例約為27.38%）。
