<匯港通訊>      千百度(01028)宣布，以總代價1.5億元人民幣(下同)，向李逆勇、王兆璽、李正十、沈超及原本智模，購買上海本原智數企業管理(目標公司)待售股權，及以1.5億元，認購目標公司購股權。

目標集團為國內領先的人工智能數據服務供應商，亦為國內少數同時具備大模型、世界模型及具身智能完整數據服務能力的供應商之一，處於人工智能產業鏈的上游，核心業務在於將人類的專業知識與經驗，轉化為人工智能模型可供訓練及驗證的高質量數據。 (WH)
