<匯港通訊>        中港石油(00632)宣布，配售不超過8700萬股股份，佔擴大後股本約9.1%，配售價每股0.21元，較6月5日收市價每股0.25元折讓約16%，所得款項總額約1827萬元，淨額約1735萬元，其中約1300萬元用於清償部分結欠新華的未償還貸款本金總額，約435萬元用作一般營運資金。
