<匯港通訊>           捷利交易寶(08017)宣布，與 Eqrrwa Technology Holding Pte. Ltd. (賣方)訂立戰略投資協議。根據協議，該公司收購 Eqrrwa Technology ，並同意向該公司增發股份，相關股份佔賣方引入該公司與其他同輪次投資人後經擴大已發行股本之2.63%，收購事項代價為100萬美元，相關代價將透過轉讓該公司庫存股份方式結算。
