螞蟻國際據報融資約78億元 或為香港上市鋪路 X

<匯港通訊>  據《彭博》報道,螞蟻集團旗下螞蟻國際籌集約10億美元(約78億港元)資金,加速業務擴張。該輪融資或令螞蟻國際估值達到100億美元或以上。

報道引述知情人士表示,籌集這筆資金可能有助於為螞蟻國際最快今年在香港潛在上市計劃鋪路。消息人士又指,螞蟻國際2024年總收入料達到30億美元,在2025年增長約25%,即約37.5億美元。

螞蟻國際業務包括跨境移動支付和數碼化平台 Alipay+、商戶支付與數碼化服務 Antom、一站式出海賬戶和資金管理服務 WorldFirst,以及提供企業財資管理和信貸科技服務的 Bettr。 (BC)
