<匯港通訊>         華億金控(08123)宣布，執行董事兼主要股東王嘉偉目前正與該公司磋商訂立認購協議，以將該公司結欠其全部或部分股東貸款資本化。王嘉偉現時持有該公司已發行股本27.4%。倘可能債務資本化落實，可能導致該公司控制權變更，並觸發王嘉偉及其一致行動人士按例提出強制性全面要約的責任。 (WH)
