<匯港通訊>      中國新消費集團(08275)發盈警，預期截至2026年3月31日止年度將錄得淨虧損介乎約2200萬至3000萬元，2025年同期淨虧損約3100萬元。

淨虧損主要歸因於建築合約收入大幅下降約88.6%，由截至2025年3月31日止年度的1.562億元，降至截至2026年3月31日止年度的1790萬元；及毛利率由約22%大幅下降至約104%之毛損率，源於房地產市場整體下行，以及集團於期內承接的項目價值及項目利潤率減少所致。 (WH)
