<匯港通訊>         思博系統(08319)發盈警，預期截至2026年3月31日止年度公司擁有人應佔溢利將錄得跌幅介乎約70%至75%，溢利減少主要由於其他收入及收益淨額於2026年財政年度有所減少，主要由於利率下降，導致銀行利息收入減少。於2026年財政年度，因投資於集團的託管服務供應商業務，而產生額外開支，以應對市場對託管服務日益增長的需求。於2026年財政年度就終止與一名客戶的服務協議錄得約510萬元的非經常性開支。 (WH)
