<匯港通訊>          辰罡科技(08131)宣布，配售最多1.199億股股份，佔擴大後股本約16.67%，配售價每股0.1元，較6月10日收市價每股0.107元折讓約6.5%，所得款項總額約1200萬元，淨額約1150萬元，其中約70%擬用於償還承付票，約30%用作一般營運資金。 (WH)
