<匯港通訊>       中國城市基礎設施(02349)宣布，配售3.7億股股份，佔擴大後股本約10.58%，配售價每股0.06元，較6月17日收市價0.07元折讓約14.29%，所得款項總額約2220萬元，淨額約2210萬元，擬用1700萬元於人工智能技術業務的發展與商業賦能業務、及探索其他新業務機會、租金及其他經營開支。

認購人包括亞洲聯合、非執行董事鄺美雲、獨立第三方王玲及高大勇。 (WH)
