<匯港通訊>  中國證監會同意宇樹科技,在科創板上市的註冊申請。

意味隨著監管審批的完成,該公司於上海科創板上市,進入倒數階段。招股書顯示,宇樹科技計劃公開發行新股,不低於約4044萬股,並計劃集資約42億元人民幣,將用於智能機械人模型研發,本體研發、新產品開發及製造基地建設等。

按公開發行比例,不低於一成推算,公司估值高達420億元人民幣。股東包括騰訊(00700.HK)、阿里巴巴(09988.HK/BABA.US)、美團(03690.HK)和小米(01810.HK)等。去年公司人形機械人出貨量,超過5500台,位居全球第一。 (BC)
