<匯港通訊>  俄羅斯宣布實施柴油出口禁令，並在本月開始進口石油產品。

俄羅斯副總理諾瓦克在總統普京主持召開的政府會議上表示，由於包括燃料綜合體在內的民用基礎設施持續遭到襲擊，多間煉油廠受損，俄羅斯的汽油和柴油產量出現暫時縮減。為穩定國內市場，政府已採取一系列措施，包括將現有煉油廠負荷提升至最高。

普京在會上強調，烏方企圖在俄羅斯社會製造緊張情緒，但這是無法完成的任務，俄羅斯能源系統儲備充足。（BC)
