《新股情報》據報中際旭創赴港上市接近獲批 傳集資規模上調 X

<匯港通訊>   《彭博》周三引述知情人士報道，內地光模組巨頭中際旭創，赴港上市的計劃已接近獲得中證監批准，有望成為近年來香港規模最大的IPO之一，一旦獲批，公司最快於本周向港交所(00388)申請上市聆訊。

知情人士稱，中際旭創正考慮通過此次IPO集資約70億美元(約546億港元)，不過發行規模、最終監管審批時間等細節仍可能發生變化。

《路透》上月報道，公司初時計劃集資約50億美元，但投資者在路演時表現出強烈興趣，集資目標上調至約70億美元。
