<匯港通訊>    歌禮製藥(01672)宣佈，已選定有望成為同類首創(first-in-class)口服小分子的GIPR激動劑ASC48，和口服小分子GLP-1R激動劑ASC30的固定劑量複方製劑進行臨床開發。ASC30與ASC48的固定劑量複方製劑（ASC30_48 FDC）同時靶向GLP-1R和GIPR，有望成為同類首創「每日一次、每次一片(one-pill, once-daily)」的口服肥胖症療法。 (WL)
