遭台積電反對 ASML 晶片設備據報仍擬加價 X

<匯港通訊>  據 The Information 引述4名知情人士稱,荷蘭光刻機巨頭 ASML 計劃調高晶片生產設備價格,但遭到重要客戶台積電反對。

報道稱,ASML 近期已與台積電討論上調極紫外光(EUV)光刻機系統價格,還計劃將深紫外光(DUV)光刻機價格上調10%。不過,台積電正在抵制 ASML 的加價行動。

隨著人工智能(AI)晶片的需求持續急升,ASML 今年第二次上調全年淨銷售指引,預期將介乎430-450億歐元,又表示包括台積電和三星等晶片製造商客戶正在增加資本開支。 (BC)
