黃仁勳:Nvidia Vera Rubin 已投產 將按計劃交付 X

<匯港通訊>  Nvidia(輝達)(NVDA.US)行政總裁黃仁勳駁斥有關旗下新一代人工智能(AI)加速器平台 Vera Rubin 面臨延期交付的報道。

黃仁勳周三在日本東京舉行的開發者大會上,向記者表示,Vera Rubin 已經投入量產,即將迎來大規模生產,將按計劃向客戶交付,但未透露具體時間表。

市場研究公司 SemiAnalysis 早前發表報告稱,由於用來連接電子模組的專用電路板在製造方面遇到挑戰,Nvidia Vera Rubin 伺服器機架系統、包括 Kyber 機架平台面臨延期,可能導致產品延遲交付。 (BC)
