<匯港通訊>    傳內地將境外保單收益徵稅20%，除友邦保險(01299)為首保險股急挫，亦連帶關注會否影響本港樓市及新盤銷售，地產股亦下挫，新鴻基地產(00016)現挫逾半成至114.9元。長實集團(01113)挫逾3.36%報46.52元，恒基地產(00012)跌3.4%報27.3元。新世界發展(00017)挫3.18%，信和置業(00083)及嘉華國際(000173)各挫3%及2.8%。

太古地產(01972)挫3.08%。

收租股九龍倉置業(01997)挫4.549%。 (SY)
