<匯港通訊>    中渝置地(01224)發盈喜，預期截至2026年6月30日止6個月錄得股東應佔淨利潤約3000萬元，去年同期則錄得淨虧損約3700萬元，實現扭虧為盈。

預期的淨利潤主要由於集團位於英國的投資物業，在2026年6月30日重估所產生的公平值收益增加所致，惟部分預期利潤被於報告期內錄得的匯兌收益減少所抵銷。 (ST)
