<匯港通訊>    中國海外發展(00688)七月合約物業銷售金額約151.19億元人民幣，按年上升27.6%；而相應的銷售面積約為550,600平方米，按年下跌16.6%。

一月至七月累計合約物業銷售金額約1,494.70億元人民幣，按年上升13.2%；而相應的累計銷售面積約5,053,400平方米，按年下跌12.6%。

此外，截至七月三十一日，錄得已認購物業銷售約138.55億元人民幣，預期將於往後數月內轉化為合約物業銷售。 (WL)
