<匯港通訊>    博尼控股(01906)預期於截至二零二六年六月三十日止六個月錄得純利約為800萬元至約1000萬元人民幣，較二零二五年六月三十日止六個月純利約120萬元人民幣增加約680萬元人民幣至約880萬元人民幣。報告期擁有人應佔純利中包含就出售香港博尼有限公司確認的相關收益約1400萬至1600萬元人民幣。如剔除出售事項相關收益，公司報告期錄得虧損。

董事會認為集團報告期剔除出售事項相關收益後錄得虧損，主要由於集團報告期錄得主營業務收入約9700萬元人民幣，較去年同期約1.16億元人民幣下降約16%。服裝終端消費需求增長乏力，集團所處的服裝類原始設計製造商行業國內外競爭激烈，導致客戶訂單較往年有所減少。 (WL)
