日本據報考慮加強制裁俄羅斯 抗議普京登島 X

<匯港通訊>    日本傳媒引述外務省官員報道，日本政府不滿俄羅斯總統普京日前登上有主權爭議的南千島群島、即日本所稱的北方四島，計劃對俄羅斯採取反制措施，其中一個選項，可能是加強制裁俄羅斯。  

日本首相高市早苗昨日指，北方四島在歷史和國際法上都是日方固有領土，普京登島是令人無法接受，亦影響日本民眾對俄羅斯的看法。外相茂木敏充昨晚傳召俄羅斯駐日大使諾茲德列夫，提出抗議。 俄羅斯外交部發言人扎哈羅娃回應指，南千島群島歸屬俄羅斯，批評高市和茂木的言論令人憤慨，在法理層面亦不具備效力，日本追隨西方國家對俄羅斯實施制裁，並向烏克蘭提供支持，正徹底破壞俄日關係。 (WL)
