<匯港通訊>   中環盈置大廈(Nexxus Building)最新獲全球首家上市的人工智能(AI)藥物遞送生物科技企業劑泰科技(07666.HK)正式進駐，成為亞洲房地產資產管理公司三界資本（Trivium Asset Management）接手項目營運及管理後，推動資產優化並成功引入多元化優質租戶的又一里程碑。
 
三界資本自今年初接手管理盈置大廈後，推動內部升級優化工程，並將大廈23樓打造成全新活動空間「Nexxus Hub」，為租戶舉辦研討會、交流會及工作坊等活動提供一站式增值配套。同時，為配合市場對靈活辦公空間的需求，團隊把大廈6樓分間成6個中小型單位，大幅提升樓面配置的靈活性，精準切合不同規模企業的需求，工程竣工後即時吸引多組租戶接洽及先後進駐，當中包括劑泰科技，以及多家金融相關的企業。(BC)
