匯舸環保(02613)擬通過公開招標收購江蘇土地、廠房物業及設備 X

<匯港通訊>    匯舸環保(02613)宣布，公司將於今日(25日)就建議收購該等資產提交投標，投標價約為7847萬元人民幣(不含稅)，公司將按公開招標公告的要求，繳付投標保證金2354萬元人民幣。

該土地地盤面積約為6.77萬平方米，建於該土地上的該物業總地盤面積約3.79萬平方米，該物業包括辦公樓、廠房及保安室，以及一套輔助設施及19台橋式起重機。

該土地位於南通市，此地區擁有長三角乃至全中國最發達的船舶製造及海洋裝備配套產業之一，展現出高端裝備製造的顯著集聚優勢。建議收購事項旨在擴充集團的產能。 (ST)
