美國據報或以中國產能過剩為由　向中國貨加徵7.5%關稅 X

<匯港通訊> 《彭博》報道,美方可能以中方產能過剩為由,向中國貨加徵7.5%的關稅。美國總統特朗普多次表示,他將於9月24日在白宮跟訪美的國家主席習近平會談。

《彭博》在周一引述消息人士指,中美雙方有意延長11月10日到期的貿易休戰協議,美方亦計劃在「習特會」之前公布產能過剩的調查結果,並根據《貿易法》第301條款向中方徵收關稅。美方考慮先提高稅率,再暫緩徵收部分關稅,務求將稅率控制在7.5%。

北京當局多次批評美方無權通過301調查,單方面認定其貿易夥伴是否存在產能過剩。 (BC)
