何永賢：簡樸房制度首半年收逾7萬分間單位登記申請 X

<匯港通訊>   房屋局局長何永賢在社交平台發文表示，簡樸房制度為期一年的登記期，自今年3月1日展開以來，截至本周一(8月31日)的首半年內，當局共收到涉及逾7萬個分間單位(約2萬個住宅單位)的登記申請。受「早鳥優惠」措施截止帶動，8月份的申請數量極顯著上升。  

何永賢指，以全港現有約11萬個分間單位計算，首半年遞交的登記數量已佔整體逾60%；若以估計未來將繼續以簡樸房形式營運的約8萬個單位計算，登記率更高達近90%。她指，房屋局將加快審批，並盡快把資料齊備的申請放到網上平台，以便公眾查閱。  

在認證進度方面，何永賢透露，截至昨日(9月2日)，已有120個分間單位遞交簡樸房認證申請。她指，當局將繼續有序推動簡樸房制度落實，協助市場規範化發展。  (ST)
