<匯港通訊>   花旗發表報告指，中國8月CPI及PPI均有所回升，幾乎完全由供應衝擊帶動，對通脹前景仍持審慎態度，但若政策及時落地，可能有助經濟周期在年內確認觸底。

該行表示，國內需求仍然疲弱，從疲弱的耐用消費品CPI及暑期旅遊季可見一斑，這種成本推動型通脹雖然幫助了整體數字，但屬於「不良通脹」，可能令部分下游行業的利潤率進一步受壓。
