衍生集團(06893)售物業套現9800萬元大部分用於償還銀行借款 X

<匯港通訊> 衍生集團(06893)宣布，出售該物業，現金代價9800萬元。該物業包括沙田工業中心A座5樓1至19號工場(包括毗鄰3號及4號工場的平台)以及A座2樓L45號停車位。集團預期將錄得出售事項的估計虧損約2390萬元。

出售事項所得款項淨額預期約為9650萬元，當中絕大部分將於完成時用於償還向一家香港持牌銀行借入約8510萬元的借款，以解除該物業的按揭及第二法定押記，餘款約1140萬元擬保留作一般營運資金，包括購買存貨、員工成本及其他營運開支，並預期於完成後12個月內動用該款項。

賣方及買方須於9月24日或之前訂立正式買賣協議。完成將於明年1月26 或之前進行。
