<匯港通訊> 綜合利嘉閣地產分行網絡數據,在過去的周六日(9月12-13日)10大指標屋苑錄約7宗二手成交,較上一個周末(9月5-6日)的6宗,按周增加1宗或近17%。

利嘉閣地產總裁廖偉強表示,市場焦點集中在一手新盤上,而二手買賣雙方則觀望下周重要政策及美國議息結果,令10大屋苑周末交投相對淡靜,持續在個位數字窄幅上落。 (BC)
