萬國黃金集團(03939)斥逾1.2億澳元認購貝萊德旗下兩隻基金 X

<匯港通訊>    萬國黃金集團(03939)宣布，於9月10日及11日，公司分別認購貝萊德環球流動另類投資基金-S1約2000萬澳元及貝萊德多元機遇絕對回報基金約1.038億澳元。

萬國黃金集團指，貝萊德環球流動另類投資基金-S1及貝萊德多元機遇絕對回報基金，兩者均屬中低風險性質，並具滿意的流動性，而認購事項乃由公司為庫務管理目的而進行，以盡量提高其根據一般授權發行可換股債券所收取的現金回報。集團預期貝萊德認購事項將賺取較中國及香港商業銀行一般提供的活期存款為高的收益率，同時為集團的庫務管理提供靈活性。 (ST)
