(Infocast News)    160 HEALTH (02656) announced that 160 Internet Technology, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with a limited liability company incorporated in
Shenzhen, the PRC. The Partner is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the enterprise-grade computing power infrastructure sector, offering services such as equipment leasing and AI cloud computing power. The Partner was established for over 10 years with a registered capital of over RMB100 million, and has been recognized as a provincial-level specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprise and a municipal-level gazelle enterprise.

The Partner has preliminarily agreed to purchase a certain scale of enterprise-grade AI computing power infrastructure from 160 Internet Technology, with an estimated total cooperation amount of approximately RMB650 million.
