(Infocast News)    BOSATECH (08140) issued a profit warning. 

The Group expects to record a substantial decrease of not less than 48% in net profit after tax for the year ended 30 June 2026 as compared to the year ended 30 June 2025. The aforesaid decrease in net profit after tax during the year is mainly attributable to the decrease in revenue, resulting from a reduction in the number of new projects and customers. (WL)
