《施政迴響》孖士打:樂見政府推出增加學生宿舍供應 X

<匯港通訊>  孖士打律師行合夥人黃宇正表示:「樂見政府推出增加學生宿舍供應及擴大北都大學城發展等措施,並認為該等措施對鞏固香港作為國際教育樞紐及人才集聚地的定位具有正面作用。我們也認為政府擬制訂的《學生住宿設施營運實務守則》有助為宿舍營辦商、投資者及教育機構提供更清晰和一致的營運標準。
 
隨著政府持續推動香港發展成為國際教育樞紐(包括推廣「留學香港」品牌以及推進「直資擴容」計劃等),我們預期中學階段的寄宿及宿舍設施需求將有所增長。我們期待政府推出更多措施並鼓勵私人投資,以推動各教育階段的學生住宿發展,為香港長遠的人才培育及招攬人才策略提供更有力的支援。」(BC)
