政府張貼公告將收回25幅私人土地 以進行沙頭角口岸重建工程 X

<匯港通訊>    地政總署今日張貼收回土地公告，以進行沙頭角口岸重建與相關工程。

政府將於沙頭角收回25幅私人土地，總面積約1.051萬平方米。上述土地將於公告張貼後3個月（即12月18日）復歸政府所有。政府會與相關土地業權人和受影響人士緊密溝通，妥善處理補償事宜。

​沙頭角口岸會以「跨河建」方式重建，並會實施「合作查驗、一次放行」的通關模式，以提升旅客過關體驗及效率，設計旅客處理能力將會提升至單日4萬人次。重建後的沙頭角口岸將成為純旅檢口岸，取消貨檢功能，以配合跨境貨運「東進東出、西進西出」的布局。
