<匯港通訊>    彭博引述知情人士報道，美國政府正考慮推出一項倡議，促進美元計價穩定幣在海外的使用，以鞏固美元作為全球儲備貨幣的地位。

知情人士稱，華盛頓政府考慮通過與私營企業成立合資平台來支持穩定幣項目，以維護美元的貨幣主導地位，並提振對美國國債的需求。這項工作可能涉及財政部以及國務院等多個聯邦機構，美國國際開發金融公司也可能參與其中。

穩定幣發行商通常以現金和短期美國國債等資產作為其代幣的儲備。
