INDIGO STAR (08373) to issues settlement shares to Red Sun X

(Infocast News)    INDIGO STAR (08373) has agreed to allot and issue 2,105,000 new shares to Red Sun as settlement shares at HK$0.7335 per share 

The shares will be issued in full and final settlement of the outstanding indebtedness of approximately HK$1.54 million, comprising unpaid professional services fee and reimbursements owing by the company to Red Sun.

The settlement shares represent approximately 3.87% of the company’s enlarged issued share capital following the allotment and issuance. (WL)
