中國一汽、豐田汽車、廣汽集團簽署全新戰略合作框架協議 X

<匯港通訊>    中國一汽、豐田汽車、廣汽集團(02238)在廣州舉行全新戰略合作框架協議簽約活動，經三方共同協商，廣汽擬通過發行股份方式購買中國一汽持有的一汽豐田50%股權。

交易完成後，一汽豐田仍將作為獨立運營主體存續，中國一汽將成為廣汽集團重要戰略股東。下一階段，一汽豐田與廣汽豐田將共同肩負合資企業研發、採購、生產、銷售等職能。
