金融客7萬元承租奧運站「瓏璽」海景4房戶 X

<匯港通訊>   美聯物業奧運站分行(5)區域經理劉志偉表示，該行新近促成奧運站「瓏璽」6B座低層C室的租賃成交，單位實用面積約1164平方呎，屬4房間隔，獲金融客以月租約7萬元承接，實用呎租約60元。

劉志偉指，上述單位以月租約7萬元放租，從事金融業的租客心儀單位間隔實用，外望海景，價錢符合預算，故無議價，以月租約7萬元承接單位。業主於2022年8月以約2300萬元購入上述單位，以是次租值計算，業主享約3.7厘回報。
