九建「33 清水灣」首度開標售出8伙　單日套現逾1.17億元 X

<匯港通訊> 九龍建業(00034.HK)「33 清水灣」今日(10月15日)首度開標,單日錄得8宗招標成交,套現逾1.17億港元。當中最高成交呎價單位為第2座20樓A室,實用面積1039平方呎,4房1套連工作間及洗手間間隔,成交呎價達2.7556萬港元,成交金額2863.1萬港元。其餘7伙標售單位均為實用面積543平方呎的2房連工作室間隔,成交金額由1211.7-1389.9萬港元,成交呎價由2.2315-2.5597萬港元。

發展商表示,「33 清水灣」屬區內罕有大型綜合發展項目,兼具交通、商業及生活配套等綜合優勢,吸引換樓客及投資者關注;而今次首度開標錄得高呎價成交,目前項目已接獲多份標書仍在審閱中,反映市場對擁有綜合優勢的項目極具承接力。 (BC)
