<匯港通訊>           泛遠國際(02516)宣布，建議5供2，發行3.744億股供股股份，佔擴大後股本約28.6%，供股價每股0.2元，較10月22日收市價0.6折讓約66.67%，所得款項最多約7488萬元，淨額約7274萬元，其中約4000萬元將用於集團海內外倉庫的人工智能能力及自動化處理能力的研究、開發及提升，及約3274萬元用於擴展集團於美國的海外倉儲網絡。 (WH)
