<匯港通訊>            上海小南國(03666)宣布，建議採納中文名稱「中國百草集團有限公司」為新中文名稱。此外，該公司建議股份每30股合併為1股，股份拆細，即緊隨股本削減生效後，每1股合併股份將拆細為30股新股份。 (WH)
