美銀料中國領先 IDC 企業資本支出規模將達約400-450億美元 X

<匯港通訊> 美國銀行發表報告,預計2026-2030年間,中國領先的數據中心(IDC)企業資本支出規模將達到約400-450億美元,而同期預期內部現金產生額僅為100-140億美元。

該行指,境內銀行貸款將繼續作為主要融資來源,且成本相對較低,預計可提供約240-270億美元資金,仍存在40-60億美元的資金缺口。

此外,美銀稱,考慮到約100億美元的海外擴張需求,該行預期企業將透過境外融資管道(包括發行美元債券等方式)來填補這一缺口。 (BC)
