<匯港通訊>   太古地產(01972)公布2026年第三季度若干營運數據，於2026年9月30日本港整體辦公樓出租率92%，2025年底為91%；其中太古廣場出席率97%，2025年底為96%；而太古坊出租率為90%，2025年底為89%。

另外，商場方面，太古城中心、東薈城及太古廣場出租率均達100%。

截至2026年9月30日止9個月太古城中心零售銷售額增長2.3%，太古廣場增長14.8%，東薈城增長14%。
