Business Nature: The Company provides a range of container-related services to its customers across the ASEAN region and the PRC, including storage and handling of empty containers, repair and maintenance of reefer containers, transportation of containers and sales and trading of containers and container parts as well as survey and inspections services for new-build containers. The Company operates and manages its business primarily under the following three main business segments: (i) container depot operations; (ii) warehousing and CFS; and (iii) container sales and new-build container inspection. In addition, the Company provides freight forwarding services in Qingdao, PRC incidental to its container depot operations to remain competitive and support its container depot operations in this location.
